Big
Brothers Big Sisters of Armstrong County has many volunteer
opportunities including:
Big Brother Match, Big Sister Match or Couple’s Match:
Volunteers are matched with a child from their community and provide
friendship, mentoring, and role modeling. Being a “Big” means
being yourself,
and sharing the best part of yourself with a child. Each of us had a
special person who opened up their hearts, gave us hope, and made us
more aware of our potential. As a “Big”, you can do the same for a
child.
Advisory Council:
Volunteers meet every month to help advise and coordinate
fundraising, promotional, and recruiting activities.
General Program Volunteer:
Volunteers help with fundraisers, mailings, phone calls, group
activities, and much more.
